Bio
Background
Doug has been advising clients in the commercial real estate industry for over twelve years and was recruited in 2005 in order to broaden the capacity of the GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners suburban team. Prior to joining GVA, Doug ranked as one of the top producers in the Boston Office of Grubb & Ellis, and his focus was equally spread between tenant and landlord representation in Boston's Route 128/95 market. Today, Doug's primary focus is Tenant representation. His years of landlord-based experience provide a unique advantage for his tenant clients when selecting and negotiating for leased space. To date, Doug has completed over 300 real estate transactions in and around the Boston area
