As Senior Vice President and Regional Director of IDI Gazeley’s Central Northeast market offices, Doug is directly responsible for leading all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region. This includes overseeing all land and building acquisitions, development, construction, leasing, sales, dispositions and property management in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Baltimore, Washington DC, Northern Virginia and New Jersey. Since coming to IDI Gazeley in 1995, Doug has been involved with leasing and development of inventory and build-to-suit projects totaling more than 20 million square feet of space, valued at more than $950 million.
