Bio
Doug was born in McPherson and raised in Wichita. He graduated from North High School and attended college at Wichita State University. Doug now resides in Derby with his wife, Patti. They have two sons, with lovely daughters-in-law and three beautiful grandchildren.
Doug received his real estate license in 1976 and his broker license in 1979. He has also stayed active, buying, selling and managing rental properties. Doug has been an active volunteer at Carpenter Place Children’s Home in Wichita for the past 12 years. If not cheering on the KC Chiefs and Royals, you can find Doug pampering his beautiful lawn and garden.
Doug has enjoyed working at Lange Real Estate because it has given him plenty of opportunities in all aspects of the real estate market: commercial, residential, auctions and land. He also loves Lange Real Estate’s company culture and great values. He strives to give clients the best experience possible when it comes to the buying and/or selling process.
