Doug Butcher joined CBRE in 2001, focusing his efforts on Industrial Services. Doug primarily spends his time developing new accounts in the landlord/seller representation arena, as well as in investment opportunities in the Louisville area.
During his career, Doug has represented landlords such as ProLogis, Link Industrial, Dermody Properties, and Molto Properties in leasing local facilities; as well as representing Tenant clients such as General Electric/Haier, DHL, and Masterbrand Cabinets. On investment and building sales, Doug has represented USAA, Molto Properties, Principal, Pinchal & Company, etc.
Doug is a member of SIOR, Leadership Kentucky and the Leadership Louisville Foundation. He was on the ALS National Board of Trustees from 2010-2020. Doug was a member of the Board of Directors of the local chapter of the March of Dimes from 2005-2010 and is on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky ALS Association. He participated on the March of Dimes Commercial Real Estate Achievements Committee from 2005-2010. Doug was the 2010 Louisville Walk to Defeat ALS Chair and was the 2008 and 2020 Corporate Co-Chair for the Louisville Walk to Defeat ALS. He was on the Citizens Advisory Committee of the Louisville Day Treatment, a program for troubled youth, as well as the Kentucky Association for Economic Development Membership Committee.
