Doug Elliott, Senior Vice President of CBRE Corporate Services, provides transaction and portfolio management services to a public and private client base of prominent corporations and public entities. Mr. Elliott’s clients benefit from his unique and broad-reaching expertise attained over his 27 year commercial real estate career. For over half his career, Mr. Elliott was a partner and senior executive at the Trammell Crow Company and Granite Properties, where he had direct, city-wide responsibility across all functions, including ground-up office building development, office and industrial asset acquisitions and dispositions, and operations including leasing, property management, construction and accounting. For the balance of his career, Mr. Elliott has utilized this unique knowledge base as Senior Vice President at CBRE where he represents corporate clients in a wide variety of office building transactions, predominantly focused on tenant representation assignments.
Mr. Elliott has integrated his experience with multiple property types and his command of a broad base of real estate perspectives to consistently develop real estate solutions with his clients which meet or exceed corporate objectives, not only maximizing revenue or minimizing costs on the front end of the transaction, but throughout the life cycle of the transaction as well.
