DOUGLAS D. GEDDES, MAI is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and is certified by the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut as a Real Estate General Appraiser. Mr. Geddes holds a MBA and from Drexel and heads the firms HUD-based practice which includes section 8 programs, HUD Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) assignments, marketability and feasibility analyses, and rent comparability studies. Mr. Geddes served on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and as a Regional Representative to Region IV of the Appraisal Institute. He has chaired the chapter’s Candidate Guidance Committee.
