Mr. Howard founded howardcommercial corp. in 2005. His vision was to give local and national tenants, owner-occupiers and investors a powerful advocate by providing them expert, conflict-free representation.
Prior to forming his own company, Mr. Howard was Director of Office Leasing for the Sansone Group beginning in 1997 and was responsible for the marketing and leasing of over 1.5 million square feet of institutional real estate. During this time he received the Costar Power Broker award as one of the top twenty brokers in St. Louis. Beginning in 1991 Mr. Howard became the Leasing Director for Compass Management & Leasing, a subsidiary of Equitable Real Estate, and was responsible for overseeing all marketing and leasing activities for both the St. Louis and Cincinnati markets. Mr. Howard began his real estate career in St. Louis joining Turley Martin Company in 1987 as an office broker specializing in both tenant advisory services as well as project leasing. Mr. Howard was a recipient of Turley Martin’s Chairman’s Circle Award for sales excellence.
