Doug believes that people need to make good decisions when it comes to buying or selling real estate. In order to do that well, they need good information. His job is to provide the necessary resources and guidance to help clients meet their goals.
Coldwell Banker Realty has been a wonderful connection for professional training in all areas of what hr does. Combined with the local MLS and National Association of Realtors, there is a never-ending array of courses Doug takes to further his education. Awards and Designations As a Coldwell Banker Realty Sales Associate he has been a member of the Local Board of Realtors Million and Multi-Million Clubs, Coldwell Bankers Multi-Million Club and President's Circle as well as other Award Designations with both. Areas of Expertise he has been certified in the Marketing and Sales of New Homes, Antique Homes (with the National Trust for Historic Preservation) and Commercial Properties. He also enjoy memberships in a wide variety of historic associations including the Association for Commercial Archeology and Craftsman's Farms. Community Involvement he has served on a number of committees in Mountain Lakes including 2 years as Chief on the Mountain Lakes Volunteer Fire Department. In 2008 he was elected to serve on town council and served as Mayor in 2015.
Doug serves the Morris County area particularly The Boontons, Denville, Kinnelon, Montville, The Morris', Mountain Lakes, Parsippany, The Rockaways and Randolph.
