Meeker is responsible for land development activities in Charles County, Maryland. He joined Elm Street Development in 2001 after 15 years as a consulting engineer. Meeker currently serves as a Vice President of the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association and is Chairman of the association's Charles County Liaison Committee. He is also a member of the Charles County Planning and Growth Management Advisory Board. He is a registered professional engineer and a graduate of Penn State University where he received a BS degree in Structural and Construction Engineering.
