With over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, Doug launched his career in 2014 at a boutique brokerage, focusing on office, medical, and retail leasing along the I-90 corridor. For the past six years, he has specialized exclusively in healthcare real estate, executing acquisition, disposition, leasing, and investment sales transactions with a combined value nearing $100 million.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Doug spent over 6 years as the Senior Vice President - Real Estate Services at a local, boutique healthcare real estate firm that specializes in helping new practice owners navigate the complexities and potential pitfalls of the real estate world. During his time at his former firm Doug was instrumental in expanding the business into landlord representation, increasing the company's listing portfolio by 500%. He boasts a wide range of clientele, including institutional retail landlords, private equity groups, as well as local physicians.
