Doug started his career at LSH in 2005, gaining RICS accreditation in 2007 before going on to head their Retail agency team following 3 years in the management and professional teams
• In January 2011, Doug joined the Birmingham office of Cushman & Wakefield as part of their Midlands Retail & Leisure team
• In 2016 Doug became head of the Midlands Retail & Leisure team at Cushman & Wakefield, leading a team of 4 agents and 1 support team member
• Doug’s team retained EGi’s Most Active Agent (West Midlands) Award between 2013-2019
• In January 2019 Doug joined Midlands property consultancy FHP to establish their Birmingham office. In 2 years, the Birmingham office has concluded over 100 transactions for clients such as Railpen, M&G, LCP, AEW, Weslayan Assurance Society, intu, Barclays and a number of managing agents and high net worth private individuals.
