Doug established the Dallas office of KM. He is focusing on the project leasing of the KM portfolio in Dallas as well as tenant representation, third party projects, acquisition of quality retail assets, development of new projects, and brokerage. With over 30 years experience in commercial real estate Doug has been involved in all facets of the business, including project leasing and management, tenant representation, financing, development, acquisitions and property sales. He has been involved in the sale of over 750,000 square feet of retail space, numerous land transactions, and countless lease transactions. Some memorable projects he has been involved with include the recent opening of KM Realty’s first ground up shopping center development and the re-development of the Webb Chapel Village Shopping Center, where a former Sears building was redeveloped into a grocery anchored retail center and was awarded runner up for the Best Re-Development Project by the Dallas Business Journal. Doug is currently an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Doug received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Missouri-Columbia in Marketing.
