In 2007, Mr. Hubert became the co-founder and Executive Vice President of SABRE Real Estate Group. By unifying his real estate consulting, brokerage, and business experiences he has obtained a unique perspective, and continues to facilitate creative solutions for the firm’s clientele. He remains strategically focused and clients benefit from his ability to convert information into a distinct business advantage. As a professional negotiator and problem solving advisor, his efforts have saved his clients millions of dollars, while positively affecting both share value and bottom-line results. Immediately after graduating from the University of California at Berkeley in 1985, Mr. Hubert began his professional real estate career at Charter Commercial Brokerage Company in San Francisco. Initially he provided market research, due diligence, and reporting in support of the firm’s clientele. He quickly became an Associate and then earned a Senior Associate title. For three straight years (1993-1995) he was recognized as a top ten performer for the national brokerage firm then known as Marcus & Millichap Corporate Real Estate Services Company. In 1996 Mr. Hubert joined Ernst & Young LLP Real Estate Advisory Services as a Manager via an acquisition. In 1998 Mr. Hubert was promoted to Senior Manager. In 2003, Mr. Hubert joined CRESA Partners as a Senior Vice President to open and become the lead professional for their new office in San Francisco. Mr. Hubert was a member of the Board of Directors for Spectrum Center for over 13 years. Spectrum Center was a special education school and consulting program for physically and mentally disabled students. In 2004, as Chairman of the Board, he formalized the sale of the non-profit school to a for profit entity. Now as the Chairman of the Board for the Wing Institute, an independent and non-profit organization, the $19MM Spectrum Center sale proceeds are being utilized to promote evidence-based education policies and practices to address the serious challenges facing education today.
