DOUG KAUFMAN is dedicated to helping his Clients increase their profitability by developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial real estate strategy that balances overhead with the mission-critical need of finding, retaining, and motivating the best workers.
Years of high-level client management experience enables Doug to guide his clients through the difficult and challenging process of commercial real estate evaluation, selection and negotiation.
Doug joined AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors in 2011 after working at both National and Regional brokerage firms. In 2017 he became a Principal of the firm. His commercial real estate career began in 2005. Doug, a Baltimore native, came to the commercial real-estate industry after a successful career managing the General Advertising accounts for many household brands such as AT&T, Xerox, NyQuil, SlimFast, and Pella Windows and Doors.
Doug specializes in the sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan region. Married in August 2014 to Brianna, they live in Upper Fells Point with their son, Malcolm, their daughter, Katherine, and their bernedoodle, Lollypop. Doug is the Chair of the Economic Development Committee (EDC) for the Canton Community Association (CCA) as well a on the Executive Committee and the Board for the CCA.
