A lifelong Pennsylvania native, Doug was born in Havertown and raised in the heart of Chester County. Growing up in West Chester, he developed a passion for performing music, both instrumental and vocal. He later realized his musical dreams by earning a degree in Music Education from West Chester University, and subsequently launched his rewarding teaching career. Leadership, responsibility, and teamwork were the hallmarks of his success in music. Doug has infused these values into his business and personal life. Family in Balance Doug and his wife, Michelle, have two fabulous sons, Anthony and Thomas, both of whom were born on the same day five years apart! Spending quality time with his family provides the foundation for his successful business.
