Dov Hertz is the principal of DH Property Holdings, a developmental firm he established in November 2016.
Previously Dov was an executive vice president in charge of acquisitions at Extell Development, a New York City-based developer.
Hertz, was responsible for assembling the parcels of land needed to build Extell's skyscrapers. Assemblages require navigating zoning codes, acquiring air rights, and negotiating tenant buyouts, and Extell is considered an assemblage master thanks in large part to Hertz. He gathered together the seven parcels, plus two buildings worth of air rights, needed to construct One57, the 90-story condo-hotel.
