Drew is a native of Wilmington and a graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Political Science. Having a interest in commercial real estate, he interned with Highwoods Properties in Raleigh and obtained his real estate license. Once Drew returned to Wilmington, he observed the process of developing and marketing six ocean front condominium units and a 170 lot new homes project in Hampstead, NC.
