Drew Niederriter is Vice President of Spectrum’s Orange Beach, Alabama regional office and has been with the company since 2007. He served as Project Manager for the Outlets of Mississippi and is currently responsible for all real estate development and asset management activities along the Gulf Coast. He is also currently serving in a management role for the company’s association management division. Mr. Niederriter holds a Masters in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science, both from Clemson University.
