Duke Gibbs graduated from Georgia College and State University with a degree in Business Management in 2004, where he played basketball on scholarship for 4 years. In 2005, he joined the development group Vizionworks, LLC, based out of Tifton, Georgia. During his time with Vizionworks, he performed land purchasing, deal structuring, municipal entitlements, land planning and infrastructure development, marketing, and disposition throughout the Southeast. Duke is grateful for the hard-knock education he received from managing through the real estate "Great Recession" beginning in 2007 early in his career, and those lessons learned have shaped his conservative investment model today. In 2009, Duke developed and opened Heritage Motor Coach Resort and Marina in Orange Beach, Alabama, which has been featured on the Travel Channel as one of the most exclusive Class-A Motor Coach destinations in the country. In 2010, Duke formed Gibbs Capital. In the last 10 years, Duke has participated in over 150 real estate transactions as a buyer or seller. He resides in Watkinsville, Georgia with his wife, Keri, and his three children, Jackson, Paisley, and Noah.
