Bio
Dustin Ballard serves as the Managing Director and Brokerage Market Leader for South Florida. In this role, Ballard oversees all brokerage operations, recruitment, retention, regional growth, and business development for the Colliers’ West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Miami/Brickell offices. As an experienced real estate executive, Dustin brings a wealth of experience, having spent over 15 years in the public and private sectors in significant markets such as South Florida, Nashville, Silicon Valley, and Los Angeles. His expertise spans a variety of asset types, including office, retail, and mixed-use.
Before joining Colliers, Dustin recently served as President and Head of Leasing at Tricera Capital, a Miami-based investment firm, where he was instrumental in developing and implementing the company’s institutional leasing platform, a testament to his ability to drive value and growth. Before joining Tricera Capital, Dustin held prominent executive positions in the brokerage industry. He served as Vice President and Head of Office Leasing for Related Santa Clara, a mixed-use public-private development by the City of Santa Clara and Related Companies. Additionally, he was the Senior Director of Leasing for Hudson Pacific Properties, a real estate investment trust based in Los Angeles, CA.
Dustin attended the Metropolitan State University of Denver, where he studied Business Marketing.
