Dustin focuses on tenant and landlord representation and site selection consulting for large industrial occupiers and owners. He employs comprehensive financial analysis skills and ensures a thorough understanding of his client’s objectives in his continuous effort to improve project efficiency. He prides himself in unmatched responsiveness and passion for negotiating, has proved very beneficial for his clients, their employees, and their shareholders. Throughout Dustin’s career, he has enjoyed completing projects ranging from a 400+ property portfolio consolidation to a 1.1 million SF warehouse to a 1,100 SF flex space. A series of eye-opening discoveries about how companies end up choosing a location led him from a demographic analysis position to leading large site selection projects. Having worked on such a wide variety of projects and also coming from a Site Selection Consulting background, Dustin is well versed in the many complexities of a commercial real estate project, large and small. Dustin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Geographic Information Systems from Ball State University. Before joining Bradley Company/RESOURCE, Dustin was based in Chicago with Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Consulting group where he was responsible for managing corporate site selection projects with respect to search area identification, location screening, in-field site evaluations, labor market due diligence, and operating cost analysis. Prior to C&W, Dustin served as a Location Analyst with The Staubach Company in Newport Beach, CA.
