He represents a range of tenants and landlords, including corporate and franchise operators, national credit tenants, and institutional and private capital ownership groups. Leveraging his extensive experience, Dylan strategically provides his clients with superior market knowledge to increase their cash flow.
Prior to joining Matthews™, Dylan was an advisor for Retail Investment Group, where he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant retail. Within 18 months, Dylan’s efforts achieved $23M in transaction volume for the company. Before that, Dylan served as a sales agent for Commercial Property Connect, where he built client relationships and was involved in every step of the client journey from start to finish.
