Dylan Rutigliano is a member of Investment Properties-CA/AZ/NV considered one of the premier investment sales brokerage teams in the Pacific Western United States. Since 2017, the team has closed 387 transactions valued at $7.86 billion. Dylan specializes in the sale of office, medical office, industrial properties, and land throughout Southern California. He focuses on providing disposition, acquisition, joint venture, recapitalization, and advisory services on behalf of institutional clients, high net worth owners and foreign investors.
Prior to this role, Dylan joined CBRE in 2021, specializing in the marketing and sales of multifamily apartment buildings in Los Angeles County. He arranged the purchases of multiple single-tenant triple net, self-storage, office, and industrial transactions across the United States. In doing so, he supplied many longtime owners an alternative to apartment ownership by identifying commercial real estate opportunities that can offer enhanced cash flow while minimizing management responsibilities.
