Dylan Tusinac joined Newmark’s Industrial Advisory Group (IAG) in 2021, with a focus on providing IAG’s integrated services across private capital sponsors and their, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, distribution and manufacturing real estate holdings.
The IAG is an integrated consulting and brokerage services platform purely focused on enhancing the real estate advisory experience for end-users of, and investors in, industrial and logistics real estate. The group of multi-disciplined advisers is intentionally organized to think “Beyond Where” and live at the intersection of IAG clients’ businesses and where they’re physically operated.
Tusinac’s 6-year career in advisory services has spanned to advising owners and occupiers in commercial real estate analysis, financial modeling, state incentive negotiation and site selection. He uses his real estate background to creatively structure, negotiate, price and finance real estate transactions.
