Ebony Landon holds the esteemed position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations at JBG SMITH, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing and contributing to all aspects of the real estate activities for the JBG SMITH REIT and FUND managed portfolio, boasting an impressive ten million square feet. In this capacity, Ebony is instrumental in bridging the gap between the overall commercial business strategy and the day-to-day field operations.
Educated at James Madison University and the University of Maryland, College Park, Ebony brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She holds prestigious designations as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facility Management Administrator (FMA), FitWel Ambassador, and a LEED Green Associate, showcasing her commitment to excellence in her field.
Apart from her professional achievements, Ebony serves as the Vice President of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Beyond her work and chapter commitments, Ebony is a devoted wife and mother of three sons. She actively serves as a Youth Pastor in her church, contributes to the board of a community-focused non-profit, PEP, and has launched a t-shirt line dedicated to supporting other non-profit groups aimed at aiding the less fortunate and healing the wounded, especially those dedicated to feeding and clothing children.
