Professional Biography
Eddy Aragon is an Associate Broker with KW Commercial, a Keller Williams Realty office in Albuquerque, NM. Eddy has completed 322 transactions of various sizes since 2005. In 2007, while with CBRE he was named the “Rookie of the Year” by the Las Vegas office and achieved the title of Senior Associate prior to his departure. In 2007, Edward was named by the CoStar Group to the Las Vegas “Power Broker” which notes the Top 10 brokers in the Las Vegas marketplace.
Eddy began his real estate career when he joined CBRE in Phoenix in 2000 as an Information Technology Manager . In 2003 Edward moved to the brokerage by becoming a Information Management Director in CBRE’s Albuquerque, New Mexico Office. Shortly thereafter Mr. Aragon moved into a fully commissioned Real Estate broker with a small brokerage firm in 2004 before moving to Las Vegas in 2005.
As Vice President of the Industrial Properties division of NAI - Las Vegas, Mr. Aragon’s clients included South Tech, Motivational Systems, Crown Development, Ecolab and Empire Carpets.
As a Broker with CBRE Las Vegas, Eddy built a strong reputation as a Tenant Advisor aiding significant assignments on behalf of CBRE''s Global Corporate Services division. His completed assignments included the brokering of a $11.45 million dollar land sale and the acquisition of an Industrial development on behalf of a Fortune 50 company.
As Director of Industrial Properties with Cushman Wakefield - Las Vegas, Eddy represented 4.5 million square feet through the downturn in Las Vegas on behalf of Koll and Harsh Investment Properties and completed 98 transactions in 1 years time.
Eddy, who is now approaching his 7th anniversary as a fully commissioned broker in October 2011, focuses primarily on Disposition and Tenant Advisory Services. Edward’s understanding of current market conditions, financial acumen and his constant interaction with deals on behalf of landlords and tenants have proven to be an invaluable asset to his current clients as they address their real estate portfolios and strategies today and in the future.
Eddy is a native of Albuquerque, NM and his family owns a couple of successful family businesses in Albuquerque and are very active in their North Valley community.
In August 2011, Mr. Aragon will sit for the Certified Commercial Investment Member test and has been a CCIM Candidate since 2005.
