Throughout these endeavors, his unwavering commitment to customer service has been the common thread—whether ensuring the provision of safe and reliable water, supporting cyclists of all ages and levels in their chosen lifestyle, or guiding clients through property transactions.
Recruited into the commercial realm of real estate sales and leases, Ed found a passion for serving both the commercial and residential sides of the industry. His background in small business ownership and successful investments in both commercial and residential real estate spanning two decades has equipped him with the confidence and experience to assist others in their real estate pursuits.
On the commercial front, Ed's mission is to aid small businesses in acquiring their own properties, enabling them to attain "owner/user" status. Simultaneously, on the residential side, he endeavors to assist seniors, first-time buyers, and investors in achieving their goals. Recently earning his Certified Aging in Place (CAPS) designation, Ed is dedicated to guiding the aging population in preparing for their evolving needs for liveable and visitable homes.
