Ed has nearly twenty-five years of experience in the restaurant and commercial real estate industry. After receiving his MBA from Baruch College at CUNY, Ed pursued a successful career in business development and sales with a multinational corporation and founded and developed a chain of eight restaurants and a catering business in the New York metropolitan area. His extensive industry experience in restaurant finance, operations and management combined with his extensive skills in business development, deal structuring and negotiation contribute to his success as one of the leading real estate brokers in the restaurant industry.
His relationships and expertise in working with leading chefs, restauranteurs and food service operators are invaluable for creating mutually beneficial deals with landlords, hotels and restaurant chains and successful business opportunities. He continues to leverage his success in the industry and is also a managing partner with Porto Ventures, bringing financial capital and industry expertise to investments in commercial real estate, hospitality and service related industries.
