Active in Atlanta commercial real estate brokerage since 1996 and is a Senior Director with Lavista Associates for 10+ years specializing in both landlord and tenant representation. As an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Ed has earned the Silver Phoenix Award for having qualified for membership in the ACBR Million Dollar Club for 25 years. He has won multiple Top 10 Million Dollar Club accolades and has been recognized as a Top Producer by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ (NAIOP) Million Dollar Club. Named a CoStar Power Broker many times, a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), participates in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves as a Lilburn Community Improvement District Board Member. Commercial experience includes more than 600 lease transactions, and more than 150 sales transactions, representing corporate clients and individuals.
