Ed has been with JF Real Estate since 1995. He has specialized in industrial warehousing, flex space and office sales/leasing. His client base includes local developers and business owners as well as national and regional companies such as ACC Technical Services, AEI, Aldi’s, AT&T, Cameron Group, Carkner Development, LLC, Cascade Sports Helmets, CH Insurance, Clough Harbor & Ass., Conway Central Express, Davidson Fox Company, Duke Engineering, DUMAC Cash Registers, Empower Federal Credit Union, Fays/Eckerd Drugs, Giovanni Foods, Gladd Security Services, Home Properties, Immediate Mailing Services, JAS Recruitment, J.W. Previously, Ed started his commercial real estate career with Greenwood Commercial-Investment Realtors after he left the family business, Riverside Dairy, a milk processing and distribution company. Ed is a native New Yorker and currently resides in Fulton, New York with his son, Bryce. Ed graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.S Degree in Business Administration, majoring in both Marketing and Operation & Production Management with a minor in Accounting.
