Ralph E. Spencer III (Ed Spencer) CEO & Principal Broker of Farms America, INC I have been actively involved in agriculture Real Estate since 1974 & a Principle Broker since 1983. Throughout my career I have focused on the sale of farms throughout Iowa & Nebraska with a concentration in SW Iowa & Eastern Nebraska. Ed is an accomplished auctioneer & graduate of Reisch Auction College in Mason City, IA. I am currently licensed in the states of IA, NE, SD, KS, MO, IL & MN.
