Bio
Eddie Goodrich is a native and lifelong resident of North Carolina. A true Tar Heel, he was born on May 4, 1950. He graduated from Oak City High School in 1968 and graduated from Atlantic Christian College in 1972. He vacationed on the Outer Banks his entire life.
Eddie has been a Real Estate Broker since 1978 and has been involved in Real Estate brokerage and land development on the Outer Banks since 1983. Eddie is one of the owners and the manager of the Public Utility Sewer System in the Town of Kill Devil Hills, a state-of-the-art reclamation re-use quality wastewater treatment plant permitted by the State of North Carolina and regulated by the North Carolina Utilities Commission. The facility serves hundreds of customers, including shopping centers, schools, hotels, restaurants, various businesses, multifamily, and single-family residences.
