Edie has joined @ properties at the start of 2009. She brings with her over 20 years of real estate experience and knowledge of the Chicago neighborhoods.
Edie began her career in commercial real estate where she developed and designed marketing concepts for condominium office buildings. After successfully implementing this project, she was targeted by a large national real estate corporation to head up special projects as V.P of sales and Leasing. Here she sold and leased office and retail centers.
About 10 years ago Edie gravitated to residential real estate where she has more opportunity to work directly with people. She enjoys representing both buyers and sellers, including first time home owners to the sophisticated investor or empty nester. She has established solid relationships with her clients throughout the years and now does a majority of her business through referrals. Her ability to listen and pay attention to her clients needs helps them access appropriate properties and neighborhoods. She enjoys the negotiation process while keeping a watchful eye on the ever changing market.
When not at work Edie cherishes time spent with her family, two sons two daughter in laws, and two spectacular grandchildren. She loves to cook, garden, travelalways looking forward to a new adventure, meeting new people, and experiencing new places.
Her devotion and drive are the catalysts that help her develop the committed relationships she has with clients, family and friends.
