Ed specializes in office and retail brokerage. His expertise ranges from assessing workspace needs that maximize functionality to designing layout plans that fall within a client’s budget to directing the implementation of effective office, medical, and retail environments.
Prior to joining Colliers International | New Mexico, Ed was an associate broker at Sperry Van Ness where he was responsible for the management and marketing of properties ranging from small commercial condominiums to large Class A office buildings. Before becoming a full time commercial realtor in May 2006, Ed managed his own business for 23 years.
