Throughout his thirty-four year career with CBRE, Mr. DaCosta has successfully represented major corporate clients. He has established long-term corporate relationships by consistently providing value added service utilizing CBRE’s vast platform of resources. As one of CBRE’s leading Tenant Representation specialists, Mr. DaCosta has repeatedly represented a variety of notable national and international firms. Mr. DaCosta is consistently ranked among CBRE’s senior brokers and was recognized as the company’s Top Producer in the Central New Jersey office from 1996 - 2005 and again in 2009. In 2003, 2009, 2015, 2019 and 2020, he was CBRE's Top Office Broker in New Jersey. For nineteen of his thirty-four years with CBRE, he has been invited to CBRE’s National Recognition Conference honoring the top 275 producers companywide. In 2000, 2001 and 2020, Mr. DaCosta achieved recognition as a member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle which represents the top 100 CBRE professionals in North America.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. DaCosta was employed by McCormick and Company, Inc., a Fortune 500 firm headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland. There, he held the position of Territory Sales Representative for the Pennsylvania/New Jersey/New York area and was awarded Divisional Rookie of the Year in 1982 and Sales Representative of the Year in 1984.
