Edward Karabedian is the founder and President of Main Street Florida Realty, Inc.
As the Principal Broker in the firm he guides clients through the process of analysis, evaluation, decision making and execution when engaging in acquisition, divestiture and financing of their Florida related real estate transactions and events.
Prior to his founding of the firm Mr. Karabedian was a founder and President of Valuation Associates - one of the pioneers in the valuation and advisory of franchised restaurants and hospitality properties between 1992 and 2010. Subsequently Mr. Karabedian founded and remains a Principal of National Restaurant Appraisal, a nationwide valuation and advisory firm specializing in the franchised restaurant business and related real estate and STNL market.
Since 1986 Mr. Karabedian has conducted, managed and overseen various consulting, evaluation and valuation projects encompassing nearly forty-thousand assets ranging from individual restaurant and retail locations to portfolios encompassing several thousand properties to corporate entities holding hundreds of real estate and business assets.
Mr. Karabedian is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, a State Certified General Appraiser and holds an MBA in Finance from the Hofstra University Frank G. Zarb School of Business in Hempstead, New York.
Mr. Karabedian also holds a BA degree from The State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, New York.
Mr. Karabedian and his various professional teams have performed thousands of real estate and asset consulting assignments and analyses, feasibility studies, business analyses and valuations throughout North America (United States, Canada and Mexico), Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Basin. He has accumulated unsurpassed market experience analyzing properties and various assets representing nearly 200 different nationally franchised restaurant, retail and hospitality brands. He and his team are experts in the franchised restaurant segment.
