I have been working in real estate for over 20 years. I started my career by selling high-end properties in Cape Town, South Africa during my early 20’s. After returning to the New York, marrying my beautiful wife and having two amazing children, I decided to open my digital imaging business. At that time, my firm was one of only a few that converted slides and photographs to quality digital images on CD’s for archival purposes for museums and libraries around the world. After my father took ill and required care, I decided moved my family to Cape Coral, FL to help take care of my father. Remembering my success in South Africa, I became a real estate agent and joined Century21. I quickly became one of the agencies top producers and thrived through the good and bad years. Even while the entire country’s real estate market struggled, I relied on his solid referral base, previous clients, and working 24/7 and was able to succeed. Since I was always essentially my own boss, I decided to make it official by becoming a broker and started my own agency which is Schiff Realty,Inc.Which is located in the heart of downtown Cape Coral. Since then I as a Real Estate Broker specializing in residential & commercial properties. I have always bought abundant energy, creativity, dedication, experience and personal knowledge to my work. I can assure you that I will and have always stay on top of all the details of a deal to provide a smooth and easy going transaction.
