Edward joined Spring4 in 2019 as a Graduate and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in January 2022. Edward has quickly become a key part of the real estate team, advising on occupational real estate in Central London and throughout the UK.
Edward has had experience in all facets of real estate advisory, gained from working with a broad cross section of clients in London and various regions of the UK. Now, Edward is able to effectively and efficiently advise on all matters pertaining to leasehold acquisitions and disposals, serviced office negotiations, rent reviews, statutory lease renewals and dilapidations.
