Bio
Ehab has worked in the real estate industry in several capacities since 2001, internationally throughout the Middle East and Europe prior to moving to Florida in 2015 where he began to hone his skills as a residential real estate consultant. Ehab is a graduate of METU University in Turkey where he received a bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning. He worked as an urban planner in major cities throughout the Middle East including Istanbul, Dubai and Damascus. His specialization and growing expertise in housing led to an elected position as president of Syrian and Turkish Young Businessmen Association in 2010 which created opportunities for Ehab to organize, design, and manage mega projects not only in the Middle East and Arabic Gulf Region but Turks, Caicos, and Europe as well. He simultaneously earned his master's degree in Urban Planning to complement his escalating fascination and enthusiasm for his profession. Ehab has also participated in research on affordable housing, sustainable housing and renewable energy pertaining to sustainability. Ehab’s experience and composure in dealing with a such a diverse group of people coupled with his language fluency (Arabic, English, and Turkish) and intuitive sense and understanding of humanity make him a joy to work with. His distinctive politeness, charisma, and humor never go unrecognized. Ehab is committed to staying current on matters related to the housing market so he can provide his clients with the most accurate and up-to-date information. Ehab is a member of many groups here and internationally including The American Planners Association, The Saudi Society of Civil Engineering, The METU Planners Association, ANSAGIAD, Syrian and Turkish Young Businessmen Association, NAR, National Association of Realtors (USA), RE/MAX, RE/MAX international (RESAS), MLS, Zillow,Trulia, Moxi,spacio, Costar, LoopNet And ESRI(GIS).
