Eileen Merkle joined Newmark Knight Frank's Valuation & Advisory in 2018 as a senior vice president in the company's Saddle Brook, New Jersey, office, bringing with her 17 years of commercial real estate valuation and consulting experience. Prior to NKF, Ms. Merkle served as vice president, Valuation & Advisory Services with CBRE in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, from 2008 to 2017. She worked with Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation & Advisory group in East Rutherford, New Jersey, as an associate director from 2000 to 2008 and as an administrator from 1986 to 2000.
