Elaine is the VP of Development for Tharp Investments with more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate and development. Elaine is uniquely qualified to be our VP of Development. Her previous positions with Tharp have provided Elaine with a thorough knowledge and understanding of our entire property operations. She is responsible for all steps of our development projects; contract negotiation, brokerage, implementation, execution, construction, and delivery of all Tharp development projects.
