Elaine Gillespie has brought over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Colliers in Cincinnati. Elaine worked at Equity for 20 years, where her responsibilities included real estate sales, leasing, acquisition and disposition of office and investment properties. Elaine provided solutions for clients that focus on non-institutional size assets.
Elaine began her real estate career at CB Richard Ellis, where she specialized in leasing and sales assignments throughout Greater Cincinnati. There Elaine represented one of the largest Class A office buildings in downtown Cincinnati and some of her clients include Cincinnati Gas & Electric, Cincinnati Bell, Guardian Life Insurance, The Dannon Company and SORTA/Metro.Throughout her career, she has consistently been a top producer and has also been recognized as a CoStar PowerBroker.
She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Sciences from Miami University, Oxford, OH and obtained her Masters inPsychology from University of Cincinnati. Elaine is a member of the Greater Cincinnati Board of Realtors, Ohio Association Board of Realtors and the National Association Board of Realtors.
Outside the office, Elaine is a passionate advocate of education and currently serves or has served on various committees at Mercy Montessori, Turpin High School, and Summit Country Day. Her philanthropic activities include active memberships and participation in the Autism Society, Autism Speaks, and Habitat for Humanity.
