As an Associate Retail Advisor at Dochter & Alexander, Elena Kozak works closely with the Landlord Advisory team by negotiating and completing transactions on behalf of the company’s clients and assisting with market research and development of new business.
Elena comes to Dochter and Alexander by way of Cushman and Wakefield where she served as a Property Administrator for Trophy and Class A office buildings, in Washington, DC. While at Cushman and Wakefield, Elena acted as the main point of contact for tenant and vendor services and served as a board member on Cushman and Wakefield’s mentorship committee. Elena has also held a verity of internships with other real estate firms and worked as a summer analyst on Capitol Hill.
Outside of DA, Elena enjoys practicing Pilates, exploring DC’s neighborhoods, and cooking meals that she shares with her friends and family.
