Bio
Elesa Doll is a professional and passionate real estate Broker at SMI Real Estate working on the dynamic commercial real estate side of the business. She became a licensed real estate Broker in the state of Oregon in 2007 and immediately determined commercial real estate would be her focus. Elesa specializes in business sales, as well as the leasing and sales of office, retail, land and industrial properties in the Mid-Willamette Valley and beyond. She represents both landlords and tenants in all sectors of the leasing market.
Elesa has been instrumental in the successful completion of many business transactions over the past several years. Locally, her clients have included businesses such as Limeberry, Nature’s Pet Market, Class Act Events, Happy Curry Foods, Tiga Sushi, and Ash Studio Hair Salon. Nationally, she works with large tenants on multiple locations, such as The McDonalds Corporation, Goodwill, Cartridge World, State Farm, Cutco, and Farmers Insurance. Prior involvement in commercial real estate developments, including multi-family housing and retail properties has benefited her aptitude to evolve the commercial real estate industry in Salem, Oregon. Additional experience includes working with foreclosure and investment properties, with clients such as Wells Fargo REO Division, US BANK, Excelsior Management Corp and Key Bank in the Salem market.
Cooperative collaboration is the key. Active participation in many organizations is strongly encouraged by SMI Real Estate. Elesa says, “Our company is what really makes us stand out in Salem. We have a wide range of Brokers, and we stay up to date on each other’s available properties. This is a big advantage over other offices who may not have the collective pool that we do.” Elesa has established herself as a leader in the commercial real estate industry and continues to build SMI Real Estate’s reputation on important fundamentals, including but not limited to, honesty, integrity and experience.
