Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Halpern worked in the real estate practice of Detroit based Barris, Scott, Denn & Driker. Before that he was CEO of Escrow Village Corporation in Studio City, CA and partner at the NY firm Stark, Elman, Amron, Liner & Narotsky.
