Elizabeth is a driving force and key member of the Land Advisory Services team partnering with Simmi Jaggi, Managing Director. Her passion, diligence and expertise infuse everything that she does. Clients and colleagues alike recognize her straightforward approach, depth of knowledge, and extensive transactional experience. Elizabeth analyzes the real estate market and provides clients with unique insight and strategy to help them achieve their real estate objectives. In addition to specializing in both land acquisitions and dispositions for owners, developers and end-users, Elizabeth works with the less seasoned brokers providing them mentorship and guidance as they service their clients. Her other responsibilities include new business development, due diligence review and market analysis.
Throughout her 20+ year career, Elizabeth has built a network of trusted individuals ranging from governmental and environmental officials to buyers and sellers, enabling her to leverage information to the benefit of her clients. Elizabeth has closed more than $890 million in sales and lease transactions in the greater Houston area.
