Bio
Liz has closed more than $1 billion in multifamily transactional volume over her 20+ year career. She primarily works with institutional clients, high-net-worth investors, family offices and developers focused on the Portland MSA, greater Oregon and SW Washington. Clients recognize her success in executing complex transactions at record-making prices. She is one of the most successful land brokers in Oregon, representing sellers of prime development sites. Liz was the sole broker for the $127 million sale of Yard apartments in 2016 – at the time, the largest apartment sale on record in Portland’s urban core. Recently, she completed the sale of a 33-acre development site in Bend, which will become the city’s largest rental community with just under 600 units. Families who inherit properties often look to Liz for guidance on maximizing their holdings, whether it be selling an asset or portfolio, or strategically restructuring their capital stack with assistance from Colliers Mortgage. Over her career, Liz has been one of the top 10 producing brokers of any product type, in the Portland, market four times. She has worked with high-profile brokerages including ARA and IPA/Marcus and Millichap. Her market insights have been published in Urban Land, MultiHousing News, GlobeSt.com, Multifamily Executive and The Washington Post.
