Bio
Elizabeth serves as President and Associate Broker of Randall Commercial Group, LLC. In addition to overseeing the firm’s deal pipeline and business development, she also directs the firms proprietary research and analytics efforts to identify opportunities and directs firm’s development consulting/partnerships. Elizabeth started her career in New York City as a risk analyst on a mergers and acquisitions team for private equity clients where she focused on the liability side of transactions. After returning to the South, she worked as a stock analyst researching healthcare and consumer staples stocks, gaining experience with investment analysis and economic forecasting. Further pursuing investment research and asset allocation, she worked as a global real estate specialist focusing on publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate limited partnerships, where she developed an understanding for the dynamics of global real estate and credit markets. She holds Bloomberg Financial Product Certifications in equity and fixed income. She has direct experience with real estate investment properties through her own commercial real estate holding company, Randall Real Estate Investments, LLC. In addition to her work with Randall Commercial Group, Elizabeth was an adjunct instructor of real estate and corporate finance at the University of Mississippi and a visiting instructor at University of Southern Mississippi. She is also an contributing academic member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a frequent speaker at conferences, CE, and forums on topics including: commercial investment real estate, sale leasebacks, commercial lease structuring, risk mitigation in investment real estate, women in entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and rural economics. She recently spoke at the 17th Annual GlobeSt.com Net Lease Conference in NYC on sale leasebacks and Annual Net Lease Summit in Chicago. Elizabeth graduated from the University of Mississippi Cum Laude with an M.B.A. She also received a B.B.A from Ole Miss double majoring in Managerial Finance and Banking with an emphasis in Real Estate. As an undergraduate, she was the recipient of the Swayze Award from the Mississippi Young Bankers’ Association. She has completed executive education in Real Estate Investment and Finance at New York University. Originally from Leland, Mississippi, Elizabeth resides in Oxford, Mississippi with her husband, daughter, and four sons where they are members of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. She served as Past President of Ole Miss MBA Alumni Board, as a former member of both the Ole Miss Business School Advisory Board (BAB) and the Ole Miss Real Estate Board. She is currently serving as Chairman of Ole Miss Women’s Council for Philanthropy, is a trustee for the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Foundation, serves as the chairman/co-founder of the St. Jude Taste of Oxford event, serves on the North Mississippi advisory boards for Trustmark National Bank and First Commercial Bank, serves as chairman/co-founder for Palmer Home for Children Tailgate Benefit, and is a trustee for the Clint and Ellen Ann Johnson Foundation. She is a Life member of Junior Auxiliary, an advisor for Delta Gamma, and a board member of Doors of Hope Transitional Ministry. She enjoys fly fishing, competing in runs and triathlons, mentoring students and young entrepreneurs, and above all, spending time with her family. In 2008, she received the Outstanding Young MBA Alumnus Award and was named one of the Top 50 Leading Women in Business by Mississippi Business Journal in 2014 and in the top 10 for 2018. In 2019, she and her St Jude committee received a national award for “Best Integration of the St. Jude Mission” for their Taste of Oxford Event, which has raised over $3.5M in a small Mississippi town.
