Elliott Robinson, JD., combines sound marketing principles and his legal acumen when assisting clients in the acquisition of real estate. Elliott has worked with developers, investors, franchisors, franchisees, non-profits, religious organizations, SBA financed businesses, as well as start-up/small business purchasers and tenants. His work with clients includes: office and retail brokerage and leasing (landlord and tenant rep); land acquisition, assemblage and disposition for urban redevelopment; acquisition & disposition of investment property; and, the City of Decatur submarket.
Elliott is an active member of the Atlanta real estate and business communities. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Elliott sharpens his business acumen and serves the community through his involvement with the Atlanta Business League, the Decatur Business Association, the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and the Decatur Heights Neighborhood Association.
Prior to joining Adams, Elliott assisted applicants in the prosecution of over 3,000 trademark applications, prepared appeal briefs and presented oral arguments on behalf of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as a Trademark Attorney. When appearing on behalf of the USPTO before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, Elliott garnered an 80% success rate.
Elliott earned his B.S. in Marketing from the State University of New York, College at New Paltz in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from the Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C., in 1994. He has been a member of Bar in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1995.
