Mr. Robinson joined the City Ventures team in August 2023 and brings nearly twenty years of residential development and home building experience. He has worked on master planned communities, active adult golf course & resort style communities, as well as infill communities in Northern and Southern California. He has a unique way of understanding the real estate process from land sourcing to handing a homeowner the keys to their new home. The integration of new communities into the existing urban and suburban settings has always been part of what drives his continuing passion to create places for people to call home.
At an early age, he realized his deep passion for architecture, urban planning, and real estate development. Mr. Robinson understood the importance of mixed-use communities and was part of the planning and development of a specific plan in his hometown at the age of 18. He has a deep passion and understanding of historic preservation as it relates to towns and cities and has worked to integrate historic preservation into the character of new communities. His passion extends to his home town where he has been a board member to one of the largest and oldest homes associations in California established in 1945 with nearly 6,000 homes.
Mr. Robinson graduated from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona where he obtained a degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
